Everything TILL does

TILL is ERP software for Swiss SMEs, not only accounting. Invoices with QR-bill, purchasing, bank, stock, projects, CRM and the payroll hand-off all work in the same books.

113 capabilities in 15 areas. Every one of them is in the public beta, except the 12 marked “Ships later”: those are built, but not in the release yet.

Ledger and close

10 capabilitiesDouble-entry books from the opening balances to the year-end close, ready for your Treuhänder.
  • Company and fiscal setup

Sets the company, legal form, currency, fiscal year, MWST method and the IBAN your invoices are paid to.

  • Chart of accounts

Starts from the Swiss KMU chart of accounts, with your own accounts, groups and cost centres on top.

  • Double-entry journal

Posts balanced entries that stay as they were booked. A correction is a reversing entry, and both stay visible.

  • Period locks and audit trail

Records who booked what and when, locks closed months and years, and keeps a log that shows any tampering.

  • Opening balances

Starts your books mid-year, from a migration or from last year's closing balances.

  • Financial statements

Trial balance, balance sheet, income statement and account sheets, straight from the journal.

  • Foreign currency revaluation

Keeps exchange rates and books the period-end gain or loss on foreign-currency balances as reversing entries.

  • Treuhänder review and export

Your Treuhänder comments on, flags and approves entries, locks the period and exports the books for the filing.

  • Accruals, provisions and the VAT settlement

Books accruals that reverse themselves, provisions, and the year-end settlement of the MWST accounts.

  • Checklists
