Die zweite Beta ist auf npm

Version 1.0.0-beta.2 is on npm under the `beta` tag. `npm install -g tillbooks@beta` gets it. Opening your books with it upgrades the database in one step, so make a backup first and another one afterwards: a backup from before the upgrade only restores into the previous version.
Most of the work went into the bank inbox. Statements now also import as MT940 and CSV next to camt.053, and a line that may already be in TILL from another format is flagged instead of dropped or imported twice. A saved booking rule fills in the account and the MWST code for the next line from the same payer or payee.
More of TILL's built-in choices are now settings with a default. A new Settings section lists them, and every change keeps the old value, the new one and your reason. Every journal entry also gets a gap-free Belegnummer when it is posted, and books migrated from bexio keep their numbers.
On the Mac, a native TILL app opens the Studio in its own window. The limits of the first beta still apply: no payroll, no filing of the MWST return (you file it in the ESTV ePortal), no email sending, and no direct bank connection.
