Die erste öffentliche Beta ist auf npm
Dieser Eintrag ist nur auf Englisch verfügbar.
Version 1.0.0-beta.1 is on npm under the `beta` tag. `npm install -g tillbooks@beta`, then `till up`, opens the Studio in your browser. Keep the tag: a plain `tillbooks` still installs 0.1.0, which had no Studio.
It is the first release since 0.1.0 to reach npm. 1.0.0-rc.1, cut on 17 September, stayed a workshop version. Nomadik GmbH, the company behind TILL, keeps its own books in this beta. If you move real books in, keep your old system running until the figures match; the parallel run in the migration area does that comparison to the Rappen.
For the person keeping the books, the biggest addition is the bank inbox. For each line of an imported camt.053 statement that TILL can place, it proposes a booking and you confirm it; a booked line is undone with a reversing entry. Receipts attach to bank lines, and a missing statement shows as a gap until you fill it. The approval dial follows one rule: by default, your agent waits for your OK before it books anything, moves your money, grants access or deletes your data for good.
What the beta does not do yet: payroll (TILL hands off to your payroll provider), filing the MWST return (you file it in the ESTV ePortal), sending email, and a direct bank connection. The EBICS client is built and has been tested with ZKB's test platform, but the module that connects it to a bank is not published yet.
